As a founding partner of Vision Capital Partners, LLC, Mr. Bailey and the firm completed in excess of $300 million of senior debt and equity transactions. Prior to VCP, Mr. Bailey was managing Partner of Maven Strategic Partners, an investor relations and private capital group. Mr. Bailey has been involved in a variety of corporate sales, marketing and finance opportunities with companies as both inside and outside consultant. Mr. Bailey graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor's degree in Business. Victor Schwarz General Counsel victor@vcpfunding.com Mr. Schwarz has practiced law for over twenty years and specializes in securities, corporate, and tax issues. His expertise extends to the handling of complex financing matters including SEC reporting, registration, funding, and mergers and acquisitions. Having worked in several law firms and as in house counsel, Mr. Schwarz has obtained extensive experience in capital transactions through his representation of broker-dealers and corporations. Mr. Schwarz has held general and principal securities licenses. Mr. Schwarz has an undergraduate degree in accounting and a Juris Doctorate degree. She has owned a bookkeeping, consulting, and tax preparation firm, Small Business Specialists, LLC for 23 years and is a Senior Tax Advisor for H&R Block, whom she has been affiliated with since 1990. She is a Certified QuickBooks Professional Advisor and has been since the ProAdvisor Program’s inception in 1998. Kris holds Utah Real Estate and Insurance licenses, and is a CIW Certified Internet Webmaster. Ms. Trout graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor’s Degree in English.
